Salvorias Foundation #
The Salvorias Foundation serves as the steward of core intellectual property, the issuer of grants, and the ultimate guardian of mission alignment. The Foundation holds and directs all documentation, governance frameworks, and protocol rights related to the Salvorias Blockchain. Its use of assets is directed solely toward public-benefit and educational purposes consistent with this Charter.
Foundation Board of Directors #
The Foundation Board of Directors is responsible for executing this Charter, overseeing Foundation operations within its delegated authority, and carrying out approved governance outcomes. The Board reviews and validates governance proposals, ensures Charter compliance, and facilitates balanced presentation of proposals to node owners.
Salvorias Services LLC #
Salvorias Services LLC serves as the operating entity responsible for implementing this Charter and executing Board-approved initiatives. Its responsibilities include the operation of node licenses, partner integrations, back-office governance tools, and all supporting infrastructure required to run the Salvorias Network.
Node Owner Governance Body #
Node owners collectively serve as the primary governance body of the Salvorias Network. They hold the authority to approve amendments to this Charter and to vote on governance proposals within the Charter’s defined scope. Node ownership is established through the holding of a valid License NFT.

The Foundation maintains formal relationships with strategic partners whose activities generate verified Proof-of-Action data. Initial ecosystem partners include:
