A core function of the Salvorias Foundation is to advance social sustainability through the strategic deployment of grants and public-benefit initiatives. All grant activity must align with the mission and guiding principles established in this Charter.
Grant Purpose #
The Foundation is authorized to issue grants to support projects and initiatives that advance the following areas:
- Financial literacy and personal finance education for underserved communities
- Blockchain-based tools for transparent social impact tracking
- Ecological restoration and climate-resilient infrastructure development
- Economic empowerment programs for communities of color and underserved populations
- Decentralized educational platforms and curriculum development
- Research and development in social, ecological, economic, cultural, and civic sustainability
Grant Eligibility #
Grant applications may be submitted by partner organizations, node owners, or external mission-aligned entities. All grant recipients must demonstrate:
- Alignment with the Foundation’s mission and guiding principles
- Measurable public-benefit outcomes with transparent reporting requirements
- Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks
Grant Governance #
Grant decisions are subject to Board of Directors oversight. Material grants may be subject to governance proposal and node owner voting as determined by the Board. All grant disbursements are recorded on-chain to maintain public auditability and mission accountability.

The Foundation recognizes and supports the following partner-driven public-benefit activities as consistent with its mission:

- Tan & Linda Nguyen Foundation’s climate-resilient infrastructure and green economy access programs
- Savings Highway Global’s financial independence and debt-freedom mission for member families
- My Millionaire Mastery’s financial literacy and wealth-mindset education curriculum
